The New Year Eve dinner, also called "family reunion dinner”, is considered  as the most important family feast. In Guangdong, China, roast suckling pig is the highlight of the New Year's Eve.

Here is our Chinese New Year special!

Only using selected 6-8kg suckling pigs, seasoned with Huai salt, five-spice powder, red fermented bean curd and maltose syrup, the dark red-hued suckling pig is roasted to crisp perfection with a gorgeous, wafer-thin crackling that carpets the moist, tender and delicate meat.

Want to try it? We also offer them in sliced meat on the plate!

In addition to roast suckling pig, of course we also serve roast duck, you can choose whole or half, they are all classic roast meat delicacy.
