1. Participating Oriental City Amsterdam Loyalty Program
1.1 Anyone who lives in the Netherlands can join the Oriental City Amsterdam Loyalty Program, unless previously removed from the program for incorrect use or other reasons as determined by the discretion of Oriental City Amsterdam.
1.2 If you are under the age of 18, you may access and participate in Oriental City Amsterdam Loyalty Program only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms.
1.3 You must complete the Oriental City Loyalty Program signing up form and enter all details correctly to the best of your knowledge.
2. Joining Oriental City Amsterdam Loyalty Program
Step 1: Create an account
Complete the “ sign up” form through the link provided below or by scanning the QR code on the restaurant table.
Follow the prompts to create an account. You will be required to provide the following information:
• First and last name, email address
• Birth date (day, month, year). It is to receive birthday offers. If you do not provide birthday information you will not receive your Birthday Reward.
• Current country of living(The Netherlands or Others) and detailed living address in The Netherlands. Please note if you currently do not live in the Netherlands, your signing up for Oriental City Amsterdam Loyalty Program will not be succeed.
If you fail to provide correct information referring to above, your signing up for Oriental City Amsterdam Loyalty Program will not be succeed.
Step 2: Wait for confirmation (24hrs)
• After signing up, we need 24 hours to process your application before a confirmation can be sent to your registered email.
• The email of “ your application is being processed” is not a successful registered confirmation email, it is a confirmation of successfully received your application.
Step 3: Save the digital member card in your Wallet
• Your digital card will be sent to your email along with the successful registration confirmation. Add your exclusive digital member card into your Google or Apple Wallet with the instruction mentioned in the confirmation email.
• If you fail to add your digital member card to your e-wallet, we can not add points or processing any rewards to your member account at the restaurant. Please contact us by email : info@oriental-city.com
• Your Member card is personal to you and can not be shared, copied or transferred.
Step 4: Get rewarded
• Digital or Physical member card is only for card holders, can not be borrowed nor transferred.
• Generated points is personal to you and can not be shared, copied or transferred.
• Please show your dining receipts, dates and member card to accumulate points.
• Show your member card at the restaurant and start getting your exclusive benefits and rewards. If you fail to show your member card at the restaurant, we can not add points or processing any rewards to your member account at the restaurant.
3. Rewards & Benefits of joining Oriental City Amsterdam Loyalty Program
3.1 Unlimited Chinese hot tea, free of charge
• Members can enjoy unlimited free Chinese hot tea.
3.2 Exclusive member price for certain dishes on the menu
• Some dishes on the menu offers Member Price, which is clearly marked with ♛ .The dishes which are not mentioned “ Member Price” and marked with ♛, members will not enjoy any discount or special price.
• Oriental City Amsterdam reserves the right to change or modify the menu price.
3.3 1 euro = 1 point, every 300 points collected, gain € 20 voucher
• Credits are available for each actual dining bill (excluding vouchers).
• You will earn 1 point for every euro you spend at Oriental City Amsterdam restaurant, take the euro integer.
• Each 300 points collected, you will receive €20 voucher
• Maximum €60 voucher can be received per single transaction
• Points collected are personal to you and can not be shared, copied or transferred.
• Points collected can not be exchange to cash
• Digital €20 voucher will be sent to your registered email address.
• If you choose to “unsubscribe” and do not wish to receive emails from us, €20 voucher can not be sent to your registered email address.
• €20 voucher is valid for 60 days.
• €20 voucher is valid for 1 time use.
• €20 voucher is valid for both dining-in and take- away.
• €20 voucher is personal to you and can not be shared, copied or transferred.
• Please redeem the €20 voucher by showing the QR code (received at your registered email) at our restaurant.
• All vouchers can not be exchanged to cash
• All voucher received is personal to you and can not be shared, copied or transferred
• Only 1 voucher can be used per dinging table or per take-away order. This voucher can not be used combined with other discounts or other vouchers at the same time.
3.4 €20 voucher as your birthday gift
• On your birthday, you will receive 1x €20 birthday voucher.
• Digital €20 voucher will be sent to your registered email address.
• If you choose to “unsubscribe” and do not wish to receive emails from us, €20 voucher can not be sent to your registered email address.
• €20 voucher is valid for 30 days.
• €20 voucher is valid for 1 time use
• €20 voucher can be used for both dining-in and take- away.
• Please redeem the €20 voucher by showing the QR code (received at your registered email) at our restaurant.
• All vouchers can not be exchanged to cash
• All voucher received is personal to you and can not be shared, copied or transferred
• Only 1 voucher can be used per dinging table or per take-away order. This voucher can not be used combined with other discounts or other vouchers at the same time.
3.5 Special Member-Only offers & benefits & events
• Oriental City will organize some Member events occasionally, email invitation will be sent to all registered members
• Special offers & benefits may be distributed by email. You may be required to opt-in and activate special offers via e-wallet member card or via email.
• In order to receive and activate special offers distributed by email, you must opt-in to receive promotional and marketing offers from Oriental City Amsterdam and you may be required to provide a valid email address.
• Special offers & benefits may be customized based on your dining behaviours and preference, and may include periodic discounts on food & beverage, or with the opportunity to earn points.
• Special offers & benefits may have certain restrictions, including expiration dates and short, time-limited redemption periods.
• Special offers & benefits are personal to you and can not be shared, copied or transferred.
• You may be required to show your member card or offer/benefits QR code in order to redeem special offers.
• Oriental City Amsterdam reserves the right to change or suspend the special offers and benefits in its discretion.
4. Other important information
• There are no participation or membership fees associated with Oriental City Amsterdam Loyalty Program. Points collected in the program have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Your vouchers, rewards, offers cannot be used together with any other offers or discounts in single transaction, nor can they be combined with other rewards, unless otherwise expressly indicated by Oriental City Amsterdam.
• Your points, rewards, offers, registered Oriental City Amsterdam Member Cards, and Oriental City member account are personal to you and may not be sold, transferred or assigned to, or shared with, family, friends or others, or used by you for any commercial purpose. You may have only one Oriental City Amsterdam member account that is personal to you.
• Oriental City Amsterdam reserves the right to terminate your account and/or your participation in Oriental City Amsterdam Loyalty Program if Oriental City Amsterdam determines that you have violated these Loyalty Program Terms or that the use of your member account is unauthorized, deceptive, fraudulent or otherwise unlawful. In this event that your participation in Oriental City Amsterdam Loyalty program is terminated, all collected points in your account are void.
• Without notice to you, Oriental City Amsterdam reserves the right to "unregister" any Oriental City member account that has been inactive by making less than 2 transactions per year. In this case, all collected points and rewards in your account are void.
• Oriental City Amsterdam reserves the right to change, modify, discontinue or cancel Oriental City Amsterdam Loyalty Program or any part of the program, at any time and in its sole discretion, without notice to you.
CHANGES TO TERMS
Oriental reserves the right to change or modify these Terms or any policy, FAQ, offer, promotion, benefit or guideline pertaining to Oriental City Amsterdam Loyalty Program, in whole or in part, at any time and in its sole discretion.
