Christmas and New Year are just around the corner! Roasted suckling pig is a must-have in a lot of festivals and celebrations in Chinese culture such as weddings, birthdays and especially Chinese New Year.
As an authentic Cantonese restaurant, serving freshly prepared suckling pig has been our tradition for many years. Using selected 6-8 kg suckling pigs, seasoned with Huai salt, five spice powder, red fermented bean curd and maltose syrup, the dark red-hued suckling pig is roasted to crispy perfection with gorgeous, water-thin crackling that carpets the moist, tender and delicate meat.
